Who we support

Community Empowered Home Care

Whilst some of our customers have come to us through seeing the office on Church Road high street, many have been recommended by word of mouth from existing customers; their friends and family.

We also work with Surrey County Council and NHS Surrey Heartlands CCG to provide care to people in Runnymede, Elmbridge and Spelthorne as well as assisting people who receive direct payments from the local authorities.

Whether you have been referred by the local authority or have walked into the office, our goal is to provide the same high quality, person-centred care to all of our customers alike.

Specialist Home Care Agency

Our team specialise in end of life care and supporting people to live well with dementia while remaining at home and within their community. Through our person-centred care plan, our care team encourage people to make choices about their care and how they would like to receive it. We continually seek feedback and use this to measure the quality of our services.

We work together with the customer, their family or friends, and the local community (doctors, specialists, consultants, pharmacists, the community centres and the local social care team) to ensure you receive a joined-up package of care that makes a positive difference to your lives.

Our home care services are not only limited to help at home. Allium Home Care offer other home care services to help you to remain as independent as possible. With our flexible care packages, we can create a tailor-made home care package to suit you or the needs of your loved one. Home care packages can range from a single visit every fortnight to several visits a day if required.

Other care services we offer include, but are not limited to, shopping visits, medication management, light housework, meal preparation services and travel support services. We aim to promote independence and keep you active in your community.
