Home care services allow you to remain in your own home with your family and friends close by. The familiar surroundings have a positive impact on your well-being and health. Making informed choices about your care and planning git in advance allows you to decide how and where you would like to be cared for. We can provide you with the information you need to make suitable choices about your care allowing you to remain as independent as possible for as long as possible.

Our home care services are created with you at the heart of the care. Care Plans are drawn up to provide care that you choose. This allows you to decide what is best for you and how you would like to be cared for. There is no one care plan that fits all. Each plan is adapted to your needs and we aim to deliver achievable outcomes to promote your well-being and choices.

We have an out of hours service to take care of any emergencies you may have.  This is run by our senior care team from 17:00 till 09:00 so your call will always be answered by a member of the team that is familiar with your care.

We do request that between these times this line is used for emergencies. Should you wish to discuss anything about your care plan or care that is not of an immediate danger to you then please call the office between 09:00 – 17:00 and a member of the team will be happy to speak with you.

We can give you information and guidance about the funding that is available for paying for care and who can help. For more information visit out cost of home care page or speak to a member of the team.

We will send you an invoice every month for the services provided in the previous month. You have 14 days to make payment. Payment can be made by cheque or by BACS transfer.

The invoice will have details of who to make the payment to and account information should you wish to make an electronic transfer to us.
